Samesite Cookie on Joomla

We have build a plugin for PHP < 7.3 and works great (We will release it soon, check our facebook page ) but for PHP >= 7.3 there is not "plug n play" solution.

So there are 2 alternative solutions

1) Apache edit cookie header via htaccess

2) Or by modifying code https://joomla.stackexchange.com/a/28736/8936

 

We expect Joomla Core team to release an update soon for Joomla 3.9 version!
